Rob first implemented Oracle HCM as a client of Oracle in 1995 before joining Oracle himself in 1996. He delivered HR & Payroll solutions to some of the largest public and private organizations in the UK during a seven year period. Rob set up and led the Oracle HCM practice at Edenbrook from 2003 until the company was acquired by Hitachi Consulting in 2009 where he remained as a VP until 2013. Rob then joined Certus Solutions as a Director to fast-track their growth and expand their Oracle client offerings. Rob was promoted to COO at Certus Solutions in 2016 and played a key role in the acquisition by Accenture in 2018. Rob spent three fruitful years at Accenture advising multi-national clients in Oracle Cloud HCM before leaving to start Bisley Enterprise Solutions in 2021.
